During this time, AROMA coffee shops from McDonalds USA were acquired and rebranded, ensuring increased turnover, and long term success. The AIM listing confirmed our standing as the leading Italian coffee operator, winning ‘BEST COFFEE BRAND’ and earning recognition from leading global independent analysts.

Toni & Guy
Strategy
Creating a JV coffee brand and franchise with T&G, a globally recognised, award-winning leading hair brand. We initially focused on franchised outlets in or within current T&G stores, followed by providing the stores with bean to cup specialist coffee offerings for their well-heeled customer base.

Caffè Fratelli

Along with business partner Toni Mascolo, founder of Toni & Guy, we opened a franchised café/deli concept together, which operated for over 15 years. We grew the business from scratch to over 30 sites, and gained valuable experience in franchising, specifically focusing on brand identity and culture.

As the leading retail group in the UK, Frasers required assistance in maximising a sustainable approach to recycling waste card and plastic. Working with service providers with over 100 years experience, the MD being a leading light within the UK recycling community, we supported them to achieve operational and sustainable solutions.

As a prominent supplier in the quality Italian food wholesale market, established in 1968, the aim was to retain and grow the business, alongside the challenge of relocating from an original London site to a modern facility, which offered greater distribution opportunities across the M25 region. Focusing on brand identity, service and product, with key investment and partnership of the leading Italian food provider Rondanini, a specialist Italian food supplier to the main UK supermarkets, Salvo has flourished in this new era of digital sales, proving itself to be the most forward-thinking, company in the Italian specialist food space.

As a consultant to SYNPOWER, formerly DMG waste, we were tasked with applying operational changes into the management of waste material collections on behalf of Amazon UK, focusing on sustainable solutions that could be applied across a number of sites. Over a 2-year period we had achieved the highest levels recorded of recycled materials, minimising any waste going to EFW or landfill.
